Geoffery Booth

Geoffrey Booth is a senior and highly experienced industry professional in the property development industry, with close to three decades of experience in managing complex, large-scale, and diverse property development projects across Australia. To date, Geoffrey’s work has spanned all aspects of property development from residential developments to retail and office complexes.
Geoffrey’s role is both strategic and practical. He works with his clients’ top leadership on stakeholder engagement and negotiations, including liaising with local authorities and community groups. He is also involved in operational and financial management, including active project management, financial modelling, contracts and lease agreements, asset management, project finance and more.
Geoffrey has had a deep passion about real estate and property since an early age. On top of that, he is committed to enabling smart, affordable, and sustainable living through his property development projects.
He excels at bringing multiple parties together to collaborate cohesively and in a coordinated way to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget while meeting specific community and environment goals.

Established in 1976 by Executive Chairman Bob Ell, Leda continues to concentrate on acquiring premium development and project sites with its aim to maximise long-term activity and returns. Leda’s carefully considered and innovative policy of creating and managing its own asset portfolio has resulted in its resilience during major economic downturns, which is unequalled in Australia’s property development history. For Leda’s portfolio, development is through investment. Risk is managed by pre-letting major conservatives. Through this approach, Leda has gained strong credibility with conservative institutional investors, enabling Leda to pre-sell major non-portfolio developments.

Mr. BOB ELL
Mr Bob Ell founded the Leda Group in 1976 as a family company and is the Executive Chairman. For over 40 years Mr Ell has been active in residential, retail, industrial and commercial markets, predominantly in NSW and QLD and has established a reputation as a skilled successful property investor and developer.
